Pros

CT takes good care of employees even in tough market times. It will not layoff. The technical management is mostly good. Easy work culture, with work life balance, off course there are times when the clients demand a lot, but employees are compensated with a comp off at least.

Cons

CT will give lesser increment. It needs richer clients, somehow they land stingy clients. Certain processes are very slow.

Cons

No opportunities for career growth and minimal support from staffing team when you are on bench. They let go of employees who are on the bench for more than 3 weeks without even considering the tenure period. The immigration team is also not supportive and you have to follow up with them multiple times even to get a single request fulfilled. The appraisal process is messed up and heavily dependent on client feedback - the reporting manager has no idea on the project you are working on
