      They will treat you well when you join then after they managment treat you like servant. they don't respect skill and knowledge they will treat you it your survival need that this job need you they will stop you to avail any services if they know you are dependent on them worst management they will reply on email when they know it is their fault don't join company util you have better option once you join this company you would fall in trap better to join some other company wait and believe in god good time must come.
