      Pros

      - Good company to join only in early stage of your career as there is good amount of learning when you start. - Specializes in healthcare so good for people who want to pursue career in healthcare - Pays slightly better than other MNCs

      Cons

      - Onsite bonds are totally unrealistic for employees although onsite assignments are supposed to be in mutual benefit for employee and more so for a company - No focus on employee satisfaction! - Evaluations/ appraisal feedback is not performance oriented. So, fixed growth path irrespective of your perf. - Employee issues/ concerns are not addressed actively/effectively.

      I have found it very difficult to come up with any "pros" for this company

      Cons

      They do not cover you with the companies that they sell you out to, expense reimbursement is the slowest and most cumbersome I have ever encountered
