Pros

Good work atmosphere and work life balance. There is also a willingness from management to listen to ideas from anyone regardless of position if its a good one.

Cons

Bonus amounts were not at the same level as to previous companies I have worked with and to what HR eluded to during on-boarding. Some of the systems are In the process of being upgraded which will enhance capabilities.

SOME of the managers. some will really work with you and will help you with scheduling conflicts and time off needed. your manager will make or break your time at Citizens

Cons

unstable, always organizational changes. low morale after the IPO, you get paid more coming from outside the bank rather than being promoted within.
