nurses and physicians are nice when I've been a patient. explain things to me clearly were I can understand

Administration need to acknowledge patients, guest, and all staff (not favorites) . Voice out more often how employee or employees are doing great job, and if not take them aside to see how they can help them to reach their potential.

Pros

Good people, small hospital with better quality care than many larger facilities.

Cons

Micromanaged by CEO with no business or management degree. Lots of favoritism, encourages backstabbing. Few chances for advancement, especially for females.
