Citizens is a great hospital because of it's employees.

Pros

Employees create a family like atmosphere. Most departments work well together. Opportunity for advancement in some departments. Administration seems to be listening to employees needs.

Cons

Managers and Supervisors need ongoing training. Interpretation is lost in the chain of command. Experience is not recognized in place of a Degree.
