Good benefits, nice pension. Friendly staff.

Pros

Pension and free medical coverage for anything done in house. No micromanaging going on. Supervisor trusts us to complete our jobs without standing over us all day.

Cons

Older building, needs updating. Low shift differentials. Not much for training new hires, just get thrown to the wolves. Not much for advancement.

If you have a great crew, then it's fun to work. Flexible work hours.

Cons

It's all political. Administrative staff are power hungry. We're under paid and over worked.

Pros

Friedly employees in all departments of the this hospital. Health insurance is excellent. Location of hospital is in the city with easy access.

Cons

Hard to get hired for any position. Don't break rules because no second chances are given. Cafeteria need's updating with more variety.
