Pros

People, location, small gym, cafeteria, job shadow, job rotation, huddles, snack cart every 3 weeks

Cons

Your resume or qualifications do not mean anything unless you know someone. They also time your bathroom breaks which terrible. The pay is terrible. They do not care about the customers or their employees. They always say they have earned money here and saved money here but gives out raises that you don't see in your check every week.

Doesn't care about current employees

Pros

Other managers (who are on the same level as you) support each other.

Cons

Work/Life Balance=None. Doesn't care about current employees. High turnover. Salaries- you have some bankers that are making more then managers. Also, bankers that have been with the company for 10 years or more making less then new colleagues coming in. They need to look across the board to make salaries more fair and consistent for all.

Pros

Strong employee culture -- colleagues believe in and value the Credo. Autonomous work environment. Ability to balance work needs and family needs. Great benefits -- PTO is so good, many colleagues stay just for that.

Cons

Amorphous goals. Lack of long-term thinking -- executive leadership moves from one emergency to another. Cutting costs to hit revenue goals. Managers are unable to get rid of negative employees who are poisoning an otherwise healthy team. Using contractors in the place of permanent employees for non-project work that lasts in excess of 2-years. Annual pay increases at or below inflation -- good employees are leaving because other companies are willing to pay them what they're worth. Internal promotions will get only the minimum of the pay range for that role, whereas new hires for the same position will be paid at the middle or top of the range.
