      Great learning experience for beginners

      Pros

      The training resources are at your finger tips. Associates are willing to help from other banking centers. Hours are long but certain branches and managers are wiling to accommodate. Salary and benefits are pretty decent.

      Cons

      There is no room to advance in your career path unless you plan on staying in a the same position for 7 years. From experience, some managers managed branches very poorly as far as customer service and treatment of staff. There is a high turnover in staff..... .

      okay starting salary for personal bankers (pays more then TD or Wells Fargo) , paid mileage and parking for training travel or if "floating" is a part of your position, room for advancement if you can stay the course (its a rocky one), Paid Bank Holidays!!!! there are a lot (take that TD), 401k opportunity.....

      Cons

      Depending on when you get hired it can take up to 6-8 weeks before you get your health benefits, call nights 2 a month if you have people in your branch who don't want to go, in house lead sale phone calls, pressured to sell sell sell, mirco- managed.... everything you do has to be accounted for, health benefits options are getting worse
