Awful pay. Could not survive on my salary and had to work 3 additional jobs. Raise at annual review time was less than $1.00. Poor management in certain areas of the bank. Micromanaged, poor training resources, not properly paid for the level and amount of work expected. No additional compensation for cross trained vs non-cross trained employees. Special/un-equal treatment shown to co-workers who were friends with managers. Salary budgets within departments are extremely low and unfair. Extremely political company. Need to "play the game" to have any opportunities.

Most of the training is done on the job meaning that as a manager in training is still responsible for everyday issues. So if your short employee you have to cover and you will miss training that you cannot make up unless you get the recording of session.
