Pros

I enjoyed most of my time there. Solid PTO, worked with great people. Customers mostly good, workers good for the most part.

Cons

I was let go in a horrible way. I have a health condition which the bank is aware of that required 911 and security called due to an episode. The very next day my information was shared with security field agents. I was terminated based off of a technicality for something that happened last year after a fishing expedition. After more than 10 years of service was not given any sort of severance, was sent into the cold to wait for an uber rather than showing any sort of respect, and they contested my unemployment. I am sure the bank will post please contact our employee relations. I can tell you I already did that and all that occurred was a complete lack of accountability. After unemployment gave me the the date of the investigation showing retaliatory action taken against me, I was asked why I even had that information as if it was a big secret. If you have a disability, physical or mental, this is not the workplace for you. If you want to work in banking there are plenty of other banks that will treat you with respect. HR was no help stating they were following orders. My manager had nothing to do with termination and was not given any option but termination.

Pros

It was close to home. That was the only positive.

Cons

This is one of the worst places to work. The training was abysmal and incomplete, and the only motivational tool they have is to fire people. In my few months there, I watched employee after employee get fired for doing things that they were trained to do. Their equipment is constantly malfunctioning, they're short staffed, and the only employees they appreciate and promote are the unethical ones. They prey on people, grab customer's phones to check their emails for customer response surveys and solicit positive responses or input answers themselves, lie about annual income for credit card applications, and talk people into corners to make sales. I have never seen a more rude and predatory sales team in my life. Our water was brown, we had no cleaning supplies which meant our closet of a break room was FILTHY, there were literally dried boogers on the walls, I have photo proof. I have photos of our security completely asleep while on the job. I quit on my own after a few months because I was so appalled at what I witnessed.
