there is nothing good about working for Investors Bank, cannot think of anything.

Cons

if you work for Investor bank, you are committing a suicidal activity. about all branches have only 2 bankers, and upper management don't give a damn about it. unsafe and unhealthy working environment for everyone.

*Outdated Systems *Opening Business Accounts are a Nightmare. *Doing Wires are. a Nightmare. *Mobile App is Terrible compared to other Banks. *Aggressive Management Push you Daily to Do HELOC Applications, Credit Cards, Bank Accounts & Making Sales Calls to client force bank products down their throats & yes management will track your calls. *The culture is Overly Stressful. *They give you short Meal Breaks. *Incentive are Paid Quarterly & Is not good or worth the Stress. *The Customer Service Phone line can take all day to answer. *Online Banking can be easily Breached seems like. *They say Citizens Care about Work Life Balance But it's Not True. *Policy & Procedure guide is terrible to use, you will find better answers on Google. *Health/Medical Insurance Plan is Expensive & don't offer much.

None, not even the money.

Cons

Zero onboarding, and training, zero resources outside of yourself. The technology for a self branded "tech savvy bank" is atrocious.
