The money is good, but not worth the aggravation

Cons

They DO NOT treat their employee's, contractors, and vendors well at all. My very first experience in working with a Citizens employee, when I was trying to obtain information on a technical problem they were having, was met with, "I do not have time for all of your questions, just fix my problem!" I tolerated that attitude, which was the norm, for years and it never got better.

Company benefits are great. Somewhat flexible hours and ability to work from home as needed. New campus in Johnston is nice.

Cons

Middle management is lost. They focus on getting metrics to meet their goals rather than putting out a quality product.
