The 401Kis the worst of any company I have worked for (4% after one year employment, 2%end of year, 3 year vesting period). Their onboarding is horrible, no process at all...it was very frustrating, but the people and the job itself made it manageable, the employee "discounts" are terrible, you can get better discounts searching online.

Micromanaged to the point of madness. Every second of every day is accountable on a stupid piece of paper. Management (especially upper) is abusive and threatening. That terrible feeling of no matter what you do it isn't good enough is stressful. Ridiculous calling blocks and call nights that were a complete waste of time and not effective. Aggressive sales environment that pits one colleague against the other. I was a top performer and found it degrading to be accountable to a piece of paper and have a brand new manager "coach" me every minute. Company is big on hiring from the outside and growth within wasn't going to happen in my region to the point where I felt that the company was actively trying to get rid of everyone that has been there long term. I proudly worked for this company for years and just couldn't take the beat down another day!
