      Pros

      grow fast, training is very good and will help new people to learn new things and manager will help you, good place for new people.

      Cons

      compensation low, sales pressure high open new accounts, getting new loan, it is also too hard to get bonus.

      Pros

      The culture is really enjoyable. Colleagues are respectful and collaborative. Colleagues really support each other regularly. You really feel like we are all in this together to serve the customer. Less hierarchy than most companies.

      Cons

      Employees are spread across many locations making communication more challenging. IT support is not as strong as it should be.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are competitive. When working in the branches you become like family. It is a very team oriented environment.

      Cons

      Dealing with the public can be challenging, especially when you are handling their money. The company used to be more appreciative to its employees but as the years have gone on it gets harder and harder to feel this way. As they cut back on staffing and restructure the way things are done it becomes difficult to have a work/life balance.
