      Flexible if you have great management, will never work more than 40 hours (very strict on overtime).

      Cons

      Always changing, little consistency, eliminates positions, little opportunity for quick growth, long extensive "call nights," micro-managing, upper management always expecting unrealistic results, a lot of pressure for sales, small raises (1% annually is typical)

      High commission structures... But oh wait, they find every reason even if there's no reason at all to take that away from you. Good PTO

      Cons

      Everything: Micromanaged Awful health coverage Work life balance. They offer great PTO, doesnt mean you'll be able to take it. They will do absolutely anything to cut your incentive pay in half Citizens is on the lower scale for salaries throughout any bank in the north east I left to go to a smaller bank and got $15,000 more per year Run and hide! Apply at a credit union, stay as far away from Citizens Bank as possible
