Pros

Very good benefits from the amount of PTO you get down to the medical and dental. I would say one of the best I have had.

Cons

No work life balance. The call nights are just a waste of time. It's all about hitting the numbers and then when you do, it's still not good enough.

Slow to change, too many cooks in the soup at times. Very hierarchical environment which impacts communication channels.

Pay was good but not competitive within industry

Cons

Management is very rude and condescending. Have not regard for employees. Staffing is lacking in overall numbers. Branches are often run by 2 employees, leaving no time for even restroom breaks at times. Even with these minimal staffing levels, no overtime is permitted and branch employees are required to work Saturdays and late evenings
