Constant changes, senior management doesn't know what they want. They set up processes which they expect employees to follow constantly, or else..... Suddenly it's changed and something else becomes most important. Senior management has no time , intelligence or desire to look at claims made by some employees. Way to get promoted and do well is to talk big about yourself even if its false. Also talk bad about others. Instead of discouraging, upper management encourages this. Huge turnover is proof of the problems in the Bank.
