      Large Bank with a Small Bank feel

      Pros

      Customers love the Bank. As a recently independent company, a great deal of excitement and energy about the future permeates the Bank. This is a Bank with a growth culture when many banks are shrinking.Strong financial capital ensuring stability.

      Cons

      Historical inadequate investment in infrastructure has resulted in very manual and inadequate processes and systems. Data structures are quite weak. Certain Staff processes/capabilities that are standard for this size company are absent.
