Pros

Great benefits and hours. Really good pay for all positions. The company encourages volunteerism and does things for the community.

Cons

Management is a turbulent ride. You must play the game and put on the happy face, never question (especially upper management) or you will be blackballed. HR is INSANE. You can be getting bullied and try to brush it off, then the bully calls HR on you because "you" have an attitude towards them. I have never seen such a dysfunctional human resources department. you must be fake and pretend to survive here.
