Senior leadership lacking in knowing what it's like in "the trenches"- very little compassion - strong hierarchy to the top post financial crisis- weak parent company creates lots of challenges

Great place for white Women. Best thing that happened to me since I joined RBS Citizens is I left it.

Cons

Treats minorities like aligns. most executives' mentalities goes back to the fifties. regardless of the policies they post and hide behind, when it comes to hiring and promoting minorities, RBS Citizens is the worst company I have seen in my last 30 years of employment. It is known at RBS Citizens that HR is there to cover the company's behind rather than making it right.
