Too much crap. Honestly My job has so many things that I have to do and to remember and only 1/3 of them are helpful. Instead of focusing on the customer they focus on things that aren't important! They want us to push products even if they aren't helpful and they want so much paperwork there are days I feel like I have killed a rain forest. Further more they don't really check up on the managers. The branch manager I have is not even capable of doing simple maintenance let alone run a branch. The reason she is still in her position is only because she has a good staff that are all about to put their two weeks in. And stop the damn know me notes. They are not helpful!

Pension, holiday, personal days and spousal health insurance benefits were recently stripped or eliminated. 0 - 3% raises over the last several years. Contractors stay long term in my area and then get hired above existing employee applicants. Politics reigns supreme in my area, frequently above competence. Senior leadership is invisible in terms of strategic goals for our business unit.
