Inside hiring process is a joke. Jobs are posted with the intention of hiring a specific person. No interviews are given. Technology is so behind that customers get very angry we can't handle their requests. Management is a joke. They put Band-Aids on big issues and do not take suggestions from employees who actually do the job. They want to give the impression they care about customer service. They have hired several people with 6 figure salaries to review reports and make charts. Nothing is accomplished with the information they gather. They have installed cameras to monitor the back office employees. Are we stealing post it's?? If you are looking for a new employer with integrity LOOK Elsewhere!
