      It was an alright experience but could have been better.

      Pros

      Pays well for a bank teller. There is decent growth opportunity within the company but the pay is not worth the hassle to pursue.

      Cons

      They push sales way to hard for checking accounts which usually get closed quickly because you are forced to give them to individuals who overdraw too much.

      The only pro i could think of is the benefits.

      Cons

      Huge upper management issues. went through three regional managers in 4 months, and all of them didnt know how to treat employees. Almost no career advancement opportunites as most positons were elminated.

      Pros

      They are very flexible with your work schedule, many back office positions have flex scheduling so you can take care of you kids in the morning, leaving early to pick them up from school or whatever the situation may be. They are very family orientated and always allow you to do what you need to do as long as it fits within your schedule.

      Cons

      Not all of the management treats the worker's fairly or even acknowledge them as people.
