      Pros

      they have a nice benefits package regarding medical/dental/vision do a nice job with training and continuing education nice hours and working environment for non-exempt employees has a help-line for employees which is very beneficial, and they do a really good job resolving whatever issue you may have... most of the time....

      Cons

      hard to make commission in a very sales driven work emvironment bad hours for exempt employees hard to move up

      At this point other than health care that I pay for........I am at a loss

      Cons

      no advancement, job security,work life balance,Managers that have zero skill sets can read a script,but have know idea how to really close business. completeing incentive goal areas as per outlined contract and not recieving proper payouts.

      Pros

      Bank experience always looks good on a resume. The benefits include medical, dental, and vision and the prices are fair and reasonable.

      Cons

      Compensation does not seem fair. Hard work is not rewarded or even ackowledged. Customers expect the world to be handed to them. It's extremely hard to justify $37 overdraft fees that add up very quickly.
