Pros

There are no Pros in this place. The worst working experience I've ever had. They abuse their employee by making them work more than they should do. They run the place by only one teller most of the time.

Cons

I don't recommend anyone to work with Citizens Bank. Lack of communication. Lack of misunderstanding.

I joined Citizens a few months ago and have been really impressed by the management team and the culture. They are supportive, professional and committed to creating a positive experience for both the client and employees.

Cons

I have not seen a downside.
