      It could be an amazing place to work. I learned a great deal.

      Pros

      The people I worked with were always willing to help regardless of their position. Most people were just an email address or a voice on the phone due to the various locations; but that didn't matter.

      Cons

      Continuos reorganiztions made it hard to get any traction as well as way too many projects that would be put on hold due to lack of funding. Also, the parent company RBS would implemet new ways of doing thing without strong change management resulting in resistance.

      Pros

      PTO, benefits, flexibility, salary (if you are able to negotiate well) Past Managers are understanding and caring; can't say the same about Managers hired by RBS team members are approachable

      Cons

      Most IT roles are outsourced/ contracted no loyalty to employees - contractors are hired into FT roles promotions and internal transfers will happen if you know the Manager/ Director or have connections - know people in the right places RBS calls all shots
