      Pros

      Met some great people along the way and felt like I was able to help some people manage their money better.

      Cons

      Typical bank. Pressured to meet unachievable sales goals. Training was limited, I felt like a lot of the skills needed to succeed weren't touched on.

      Pros

      Appreciate the flexibility. Work with a nice group of people.

      Cons

      Very difficult to advance, and limited growth, small pay increases. No clear direction and a lot of confusion over roles and responsibilities. Not enough people to cover the amount of work.

      Pros

      Training sessions are fully compensated. Offsite Training gives you a chance to get away and get devoted attention. You will learn about the in's and out's of banking which are useful skills outside of this place.

      Cons

      All the Training take you out of branch, making it impossible to exceed your goals being in the branch 2 weeks out of a quarter. This job is not for anyone with a Bachelor's Degree or Higher!!!! The compensation plan is next to nothing with no at risk to be multiplied there is a dream sold of crushing quota will earn you money. Compensation for Salary is not enough to support yourself without a second job. Non-Traditional branches make you feel super unprofessional inside a Stop and Shop. Aisle time they would like you to basically work for stop and shop bagging groceries. Limited Selling Capabilities. Very Different from what you are told in interview.
