Pros

Good benefits and decent starting salary. Very competitive products and services. Excellent advancement potential and superb classroom facilitators for the required training session.

Cons

Be prepared to cold call potential and existing clients alike. Their call lists consist of the same 100-200 people that get recycled every other month or so. They are slaves to phone calls to try to get new business. Regional managers change often, so don't get used to them.

-Hard to get fired takes 2 years of bad sales -Day time hours -you can promote if you really want to if you have good sales

Cons

-pointless meetings about how to sell -time off is only approved Tuesday/Wednesday no hooking weekends and holidays together unless your the manager. -bonus structure is a joke -job is only worth it if your the manager or higher with your 60k a year - managers with that pay telling you it's a great job - Negotiate a high salary at first. You have to quit after a few years come back to make more money -managers will nag nag nag if your not meeting sales to keep their 60k a year
