Pros

You need no prior experience to get hired as a Universal Personal Banker. The pay is decent for needing no prior experience, however being knowledgeable and confident in the field is key. You will have sales goals each quarter and making your goals will ensure bonuses. As a new employee goals are much lower and increase every quarter.

Cons

If you do not make your sales goals after about two quarters you are at risk of losing your job. It has employees on edge and allows us to feel insecure or unstable about our positions.
