Pros

good hours. 8am-4:30pm. Ultimately job is not hard.

Cons

Pay not as competitive. Have to make 10-20 cold calls to clients daily to get them in for appointments for sales. Sales goals change often. There is not much room for growth unless yo aspire to be a branch manager.
