Base salary was okay. Not great.

Cons

Your bonus will not be determined by your individual effort and numbers but by how your branch does as a whole. If one person at your branch gets a negative review, you will pay for it. If you hit all your goals and numbers, someone else can prevent you from getting a substantial bonus check. Branch was not client focuses as it is near impossible to assist clients if they changed their phone number, the multi factor authentication methods are out of touch with current authentication methods and the back office is slow to respond to any requests.

Pros

Work Life balance. Good Perks. 401k and other retirement plans. Great exposure to multiple technologies and Architecture. Very supportive management.

Cons

Healthcare plans can have more options.
