      Good at the start but don't advance

      Pros

      Lots of people are working hard to solve immediate problems.

      Cons

      People are successful by getting things done despite the processes. This results in the processes never getting fixed. The best way to advance is leave the organization and comeback later.

      Pros

      The company is very employee centric -- great benefits, fair pay, and a very respectful work environment. Citizens has afforded me many different opportunities to grow my skills and hold various positions. It's a friendly and oftentimes fun environment where coworkers are always willing to lend a hand.

      Cons

      Pay is not top of market, but it is fair.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity to work on many different projects and develop knowledge. Company in growth mode. Excellent healthcare benefits and 401K plan. Remote/Virtual work opportunities. Diverse and Diversity friendly employer.

      Cons

      Governance issues and Organization capability maturity issues. Company's technology is behind competitors and lot of upgrades in progress. Upward mobility in company is limited. Many new Executive managers and gaps in colleague experience in key functional , technical and business areas.
