Pros

Gives you in depth training.

Cons

Does not consider your skills and education when placing you. You will more than likely start at the bottom and have to fight your way up. Which could take years and years to get where you should have even started.

Pros

There is lots of paid training but the training can sometimes fall a little short. Nice starting pro rate bonus goals.

Cons

Branch P&L system is ridiculous. They are also way to focused on generating checking accounts. The licensed banker program is very new so there are a lot of kinks to work out but it seems like they are really trying to figure it out so the future looks bright.
