good people that are a lot of fun to work with. I enjoy most of the people at the job

some high anxiety on job. Also, it seem cut throat when it comes to going for promotions and getting ahead

1. Senior management in the risk sphere seems to be very competent. 2. Role offers great exposure to upper management (EVPs), who value your opinion 3. Salary/benefits are competitive given that workload is not too onerous

Cons

1. Huge organization so it may be hard to quantify your overall contribution to the firm 2. Uncertainty regarding future (and bonuses) given 80% ownership by UK government. 3. Does not appear to be clear-cut career progression; need sponsors within organization to chart career path
