      Pros

      Very competitive salary and the best PTO package I've ever heard of. Compared to some other public firms, the OT during busy season isn't as bad as it could be.

      Cons

      Seems there is no clear direction and often expectations are not clearly communicated. Some partners are okay to work with while others are a nightmare. The turnover is high and don't always feel a great level of job security.

      Fair minded, offered alternative ways to be compensated for overtime hours Pay was fair and competitive

      Cons

      Healthcare alternatives not offered - it was Oxford or nothing - Oxford not being one of the best insursnce providers - high premiums and very select coverage

      Pros

      Everyone is legitimately interested in working together as a firm. There is no complacency and they are always open to ideas that would improve the organization both internally and externally.

      Cons

      They've grown so quickly that some of the infrastructure is a little behind the times. That being said, they are perpetually trying to improve systems and processes firm-wide.
