-Working outside is nice in the summers -Very flexible, great if you are in school or have another job. -Some locations offer third shift - Lots of opportunities to grow within the company, as they typically promote within. - Pay is great, and the work load is not too heavy. - Gift cards are handed out for employees whos work hard and stand out.

Cons

-Winters are not as fun as summers, but as long as you layer up you will be fine. -Some locations do not make as much in tips.

Working with our clients, their customers, and our fellow team members, we feel the rewards of helping others and working as a team on a daily basis. Flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and healthcare coverage are a few of the basic benefits to joining our team. Whether you like working with people, are a 'car guy/gal', or are just looking for a job with a great team and culture, I would recommend Citrin hands down. I started out as a valet with the company in 2013 and had the opportunity to manage 3 individual accounts, launch 3 new accounts, and now oversee all automotive accounts in Columbus. It is very humbling and rewarding seeing others follow a similar path as the opportunities continue to present themselves for those willing to go above and beyond.

Cons

Working weekends is expected, being in the service industry.
