      Pros

      Managers are understanding and fair. Great people all around. CEO is a great guy. Restaurant staff are friendly, and 50% off at some of the best places to eat in Columbus is a huge plus. All in all, great place to work.

      Cons

      Managers will schedule you as much as you let them. My request for 15 hours a week had me scheduled for 30, (complained) 20 (complained) and then 15. They get incredibly short staffed during fall, so I can't say that I blame them.

      Thanks for the feedback! Glad to hear you enjoyed your time with us. Last fall was certainly a tough one with significant growth on top of transitioning to Citrin. Fixing that issue was a significant focus for us this past winter and I'm happy to share that its no longer an issue.       Pros

      Work alongside likeminded individuals (college students) in a fast paced hospitality position with high compensation. The 11/hour is great for daytime shifts and I find myself makin. Anywhere from 15-20/hour in nighttime shifts. There is huge potential for growth if you stick with it. Management is great and Joel (CEO) is very transparent and easy to communicate with if you have questions or concerns.

      It gets very cold in the winter

      Dealership Attendant

      None. I interviewed for, and accepted, a position as a dealership attendant. After two interviews and an employee orientation, I discovered on my first day of work at the dealership, my responsibility was to hand wash cars for 8 hours a day, not the position that I interviewed for and accepted.

      Cons

      I interviewed for the position of dealership attendant. The position of dealership attendant was described as to greet customers as they arrive in the service department of the dealership, moving vehicles throughout the dealership, transporting customers in the courtesy shuttle, picking up customer vehicles, and organizing dealership vehicle inventory. This was a complete fabrication. ParkOps, now named Citrin, had to resort to fraudulent inducement to fill car washing positions at dealerships. The only duty, I learned on my first day on the job, was to hand wash and vacuum vehicles at the dealership.

      Hi, Thanks for taking time out to leave this review. We apologize that you were assigned to a location that did not match your job preference. Very few of the 100+ automotive positions are limited to car wash responsibilities. While we do our best to match people to a location that accommodates items such as driving distance to their home, availability/scheduling needs, & finally personal preferences on work environment, we occasionally miss - which we clearly did in your case. When this happens, we always offer an immediate transfer to a different role/location to accommodate everyone to the best of our ability. However, we completely understand how frustrating it would be to arrive to your first shift and have it not be in line with what you were expecting. We are disappointed that we were not able to rectify this with you and will take additional strides to prevent this from happening in the future.
