1. Amazing coworkers and wouldn’t want to work anywhere else. 2. The potential to grow within this job is very satisfying as I am a shift lead and hope to grow more as time passes. 3. The pay is great as we get paid weekly. 4. Flexible scheduling due to the fact that there’s things we have outside of this job that’s is important as well and it’s great to see management be understanding to that. 5. Management is great, treats us well, always there for us and we all can easily get along and have fun with each other since we are around the same age.

Cons

There are no real downsides to working with Citrin. Since the CEO takes every little bit of the company seriously there are no deficits that I can see.
