Pros

Fun, fast-paced environment. Citrin maintains a standard that sets their valets apart from the rest. If your hustle is strong you’ll make decent $$. They work *incredibly* well with your school/extra curricular schedule.

Cons

The middle management is young and poorly trained. There is no type of vacation time offered until you are an account manager(+3 levels of promotion).

We do spend a ton of time on training our leaders but are continuing to evolve our leadership/management program as its so critical to our long term success. I also appreciate the suggestion on the PTO policy...as we grow we're always looking for ways to increase perks to our team so this something we may revisit down the road. Citrin creates a great work-life balance! The company is growing at a fast pace but the culture feels like a small company where everyone's voice is heard. There are many career growth opportunities in all fields and you can gain a lot of skills! My knowledge is challenged daily to help push me to succeed in my job responsibilities, as well as growing my skill set to continue to add value to the Citrin organization.

Cons

Due to rapid growth, we work at a fast pace and sometimes procedures are not always established right away. However, we learn from every opportunity and are continuing to grow the Human Resources department to help meet the needs of our associates!
