Overall great experience, people are friendly and work is fun.

Cons

Leadership is too focused on opening new clinics at a rapid pace, but not growing the teams, so it makes the workload difficult to manage as it keeps growing.

Animals and clients Coworkers and doctors are great There was a good dynamic between the drs and staff when I was there Advancement opportunities

Cons

Can be emotionally draining, even on days when nothing bad happens it's an emotionally demanding job
