Pros

Leadership genuinely cares about the people in the home office and within the clinics. They make sure the DVMs are highlighted and have the autonomy to practice the medicine they think is best. Everyone is constantly collaborating, and helpful across all departments. It's a very proactive minded company, not reactive.

Cons

The commute isn't my favorite thing.
