Pros

Our home office has multiple departments to help support all of your needs at the clinic. Large network of doctors. We have a doctor facebook group where you can post questions and get help quickly. There is also always someone just a phone call away when you need the help. There is a high earning potential with their production model. You are part of a cooperation where you get the benefits of newer technologies and equipment while still getting to maintain how you want to practice medicine.

Cons

I really enjoy working for this company and don't have complaints! Just the usual in vet med that support staffing can sometimes be a challenge.
