Pros

I absolutely love working for CityVet. I have been with them for almost 3 years. I started off working reception in one of the clinics and moved to working for home office (headquarters). Everyone I come in contact with, especially at home office, is kind and helpful AND happy to be there. I have never had a job I have enjoyed until now. I love being able to support our teams in this role! Not to mention, the employee discounts for pet care are incredible as well!

Cons

Work/life balance can be difficult until you figure out what works best for you!

Pros

CityVet has been such a great place to work. I’m so happy that I chose CityVet as my next step. There is a strong positive culture that exceeds my expectations. You feel like a part of the team from day one and nobody makes you feel like an outsider. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to be a part of a fun and growing team.

Cons

Personally, I would only say to have a bit more of an onboarding process, but the current setup makes sense for the current size of the company. Onboarding nonetheless was good.
