Pros

The team overall really does enjoy what they do, and the people with whom and for whom they do it. It's a workplace where kindness and fun are actually practiced.

Cons

The work can be busy and sometimes stressful. Caring for animals that are sick or injured is not always easy but rewarding nevertheless.
