      Pros

      I’ve been with City Vet for a long time and i absolutely love it. I have had the opportunity to grow and get where I want to be. They allow me to have a schedule that works around my child care. The people I work with are awesome and I enjoy coming to work every day.

      Cons

      Not many downsides except for the pay. It’s not as high as you would want it to be but being in the vet field, you have to want to be here for the animals.

      Pros

      This is a great small company with a fantastic culture! The company is rapidly growing but senior leadership is very accessable and involved leading to a great team and family like atmosphere.

      Cons

      Many different systems being utilized to operate specific aspects of the organization and could use a more integrated ERP software to consolidate operations. But this is a typical growing pain for a rapidly growing company and should be resolved over time.

      Colleagues are amazing, and helpful.

      Cons

      Management will chase you out, and the front staff is very toxic, they find reasons to bully you constantly till you finally break.
