If there’s problems with myself/performance my management team has been extremely helpful in coaching me on how to handle the problems. The opportunities to advance up are available. They help coach you up. Everyone here works as a team to help for a productive day. AMAZING company

Cons

Draining days. I feel I don’t have time for life outside of work.

Pros

I've worked in the veterinary field for a very long time. I've worked for relief services, privately owner clinics, and corporate hospitals, CityVet has been the best place to work by far. Doctors at each clinic get to practice best medicine without micromanagement, but the team from home office is there to help and support when needed.

Cons

Like the rest of the industry, support staff could be paid better.
