Pros

Staying in touch with the large volume of staff that did not stay for more than 3 months.

Cons

Where to begin?! The owner is a complete con artist through and through. I mean, look, he saw that his ratings were taking a dive on Glassdoor so he had the last remaining 3 employees each write a "nice" review to try and improve his image. He was hovering at 1.0 and probably coerced all three to give his ego a 5-star rating. Either way, here are the verifiable facts. Yes, he did lose the "school" their VA certification because he lied tot he VA through fraudulent advertisement. He really thought that they would not catch on. He once bought a house to open to Vets and during a holiday period, a student Veteran was having an issue with GI Bill and he instructed his staff to throw him out of the house on the coldest day of the year. He really cared less because his $30,000 a month that he pays himself from the tuition was in jeopardy. No remorse whatsoever. Now he preys upon students that have immigrated from other countries. Having his "team" convince them to either take out enormous loans (that are WAY beyond the value for that institution) or convince them to enroll in government programs so that he can at least get SOME money. Vital staff members are discarded immediately if he feels that his "golden goose" is threatened and now I heard that the one staff member that was working there the longest finally gave up on his "mission" and just left the company. What does this tell you about the institution? Their transcripts are NOT worth the credits that they advertise, they have been called out on that lie multiple times. There is no structure in the curriculum. If you want to spend upwards of 15k and have three different VIRTUAL instructors, be my guest. The owner's most used phrase.."I will sue you!" Also, do you know what their employment rate is for graduates? Less than 1% as of recent. 1%?! How is that even possible?! Hearing from students, there is NO interest by employers to participate in their so-called "Demo Days." It appears that even Saint Louis employers have wised up to the quality of the education that is offered.

Cons

While my experience at Claim Academy has been overwhelmingly positive, it's fair to acknowledge a few areas for improvement. Communication channels between different teams could be streamlined to enhance efficiency, and there may be occasional challenges in adapting to rapid changes in project priorities. Additionally, the company's growth trajectory, while exciting, has led to some transitional phases that require adjustment. While these are minor drawbacks, [Employer's Name] could benefit from additional efforts in addressing these areas to ensure a seamless and well-coordinated work environment. Despite these considerations, the overall experience has been enriching, and the company's commitment to continuous improvement is evident.
