Pros

Beginning on good terms and then bites you like a poisonous snake!

Cons

All lies, complete user, careless, only money matter. Finds state programs and uses them and does not help anyone get employed. Lame Academy was the worst job I have ever had in my life. They lost support from the VA because of Ola's lies. The CEO cares for no one, and only wants to use the people, especially VETERANS!!! I regret ever meeting this man.

Pros

This company is rated top notch and care extremely about the students. I don't have any issue reaching out to the owner of the company to exchange ideas and what we can do to help students . He values the progress of the students a lot and always make time for open discussion with either me or the students.

Cons

I don't see any. In any organization there is always room for improvement. This company is always looking for ideas that can help improve the success rates of both present and past students. I am part of the conversation group and appreciate the fact that I can easily call a quick meeting with my students and the owner of the company so that issues are quickly resolved

Pros

Not very many pros at all.

Cons

Owner will take advantage of you and students anytime they can. Word is they lost VA funding because of all the fraud and misappropriation of the VA.
