1. Though I got a manager with over attitude and over smartness personality , but my team members were quite helping.

Cons

1. I was told that my CTC would be 9.1lakh. 8.2lakh as fixed and 90k as a variable. but in the offer letter it was discussed only about the fixed CTC. 2. I was told from the manager that nothing will happen to him as I am new to the company and I should know where I am standing (harrasing) and later without any reason took away my employment. 3. HR didn't help me on that. 4. Partiality at its peak

Pros

Work life balance, no one will ask you to extend until it's urgent. But you have to log your efforts on each work. (It should be justified)

Cons

Evaluation of each employee isn't proper, hardworking employee may not get what they deserves. Instead of hiring new support team, manager's will put developers to support team. (You will be doing more of supporting than development work) Hardworking professionals can not survive too long, promotion and rewards given to loyal pets! Disgusting work environment. Unnecessary micro management from senior managers There is no growth and increment is almost zero, low salaries.

great atmosphere, great benefits, good money, no pressure, good work-life balance, free to organize your time, no micromanagement, enough time for learning

Cons

older technologies, not worth building a career there, good for a job in between, business does not seem to have enough knowledge and insights, a lot of protocols
